parkrun

On Saturday, there were many from Sudbury Joggers that chose to be hi-vis heroes and volunteered at Great Cornard parkrun to rest up before their Sunday races.

Despite many volunteering or having a restful morning, there were still plenty members of Sudbury Joggers that ran a parkrun.

Todd Lewis and Ian Bareham ran over at Clare Castle parkrun. Then there was Dominic Turner who’d run the Hockley Woods parkrun.

Over at our local Great Cornard parkrun, there was Darren Barfield, Kieron Savage, James Wood, Richard Smith, David Chapman, Lucy Cowlin, Ruth Cowlin, Kieran Hayles, Jamie Fittock, Jonathan Price, Hugh Turner, Tina Gore and Lucie Petchey who all participated.

Well done to the many members of Sudbury Joggers and your impressive achievements this past week.

And before we go, don’t forget that Sudbury Joggers is organising the 2018 Sudbury Fun Run on Friday, 30th March. If you’re not running or walking, why not come and enjoy the fun and cheer on those that are?
