This weekend members of the club were attending many events.

Well done to the joggers who ran the East Hanningfield trail marathon with huge congrats to our very own Jim “2 pints” Comber who was 2nd overall!

Club member Aaron came 8th at Kings Forest 10k today – congratulations for a great result.

Suffolk County Cross Country Championships

Every weekend we have club members running so many events but this weekend many of our runners did something a little different!

Runners from Sudbury Joggers also turned up en masse to the Suffolk County Cross Country Championships today and not only as participating runners but instead came over to help with car parking and selling tea, coffee and cake.

Chairman Jem gave his heartfelt thanks to all those that helped out at the event as well as all those who made the cakes in the first place.
