It is now official – the 2018 Sudbury Fun Run will be held on Good Friday, March 30th.

The Sudbury Fun Run is one of the major longstanding sporting events of our town and has been taking place now in various forms since the early 1980’s.

The 2018 Sudbury Fun Run’s start and finish locations are just 400m apart, with ample free parking in town.

Tickets will go on sale on Monday, 15th January 2018, so be sure to grab yours early as there is a 600 competitor limit and no entry will be allowed on the day.

Race HQ/Finish: Belle Vue Park, Newton Road, Sudbury, CO10 2RG.
Race Start: Station Road, Sudbury, Suffolk.

Rules

Please note that NO earphones, iPods or similar are allowed to be used.
Under 15’s MUST be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times (within arms length).

2018 Sudbury Sponsored Walk

Are you not a runner? Do you prefer to walk?

Good news! On Good Friday we’re also organising a sponsored walk that will follow the same course as the 5 mile run and it will start at the same location as the 2018 Sudbury Fun Run.

The sponsored walk will start approximately 10-15 minutes after the Fun Run.

There’s only a 250 competitor limit and no dogs are allowed due to the rules of Belle Vue Park.

Please note that the sponsored walk is not a race walk event.
