Sudbury Friday 5

The Bob French Sudbury Friday 5 is the newest senior five-mile race added to the Suffolk Friday 5 series in 2018.

2025 Race Details

Date: Friday, 6th June 2025.

Start Time: 7:30 pm.

Licence Number: TBC.

Race Description: The race will start at Great Cornard Sports Centre before heading out onto a predominantly road-based course, ending with a grass finish back at the Sports Centre.

Race Headquarters: Great Cornard Sports Centre, Head Lane, Great Cornard, Sudbury, Suffolk. CO10 0JU.

Registration: Opens at 6:00 pm.

Participant limit: 400.

Memento: The Bob French Sudbury Friday 5 Race will have a memento for all finishers.

Facilities: Showers, changing facilities, unattended bag storage, toilets, car parking, café (serving hot and cold drinks), plus a cake stall where the takings will be going to charity.
