The Bob French Friday 5 is a popular series of six open races, with each one approximately 5 miles in length. Held on Friday evenings between May and July across Suffolk and Essex, the races are always family-friendly and are a great way to spend a summer’s evening. Prizes are awarded to individuals and teams at each race and the series (based on a points system).

Costs

Juniors: £4 (£5 on the night).
Seniors affiliated: £13 (£15 on the night).
Seniors unaffiliated: £15 (£17 on the night).
