The entire 2020 Friday 5 series is CANCELLED due to Covid-19.

The Bob French Friday 5 is a popular series of 6 open races, with each one approximately 5 miles in length. Held on Friday evenings between June and July, across Suffolk and Essex, the races are always family-friendly and are a great way to spend a summers evening. Prizes are awarded to individuals and teams at each race, and also for the series as a whole (based on a points system).

Registration on the day for senior and junior races will start at 6 pm.

Costs

Juniors: £4 (£5 on the night).
Seniors affiliated: £12 (£13 on the night).
Seniors unaffiliated: £14 (£15 on the night).
